Our Team
I am a Clinical Psychologist supporting adolescents (16+) and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health and life challenges. This includes difficulties with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, relationships, identity concerns, and adjusting to stressful or overwhelming life experiences.
I have a particular interest in working with people who experience voice hearing or psychosis, including those in recovery, following a first episode, or learning to manage ongoing symptoms. I aim to provide a respectful and non-judgemental space where people can better understand their experiences, rebuild confidence, and work towards meaningful recovery. I welcome referrals for individuals in recovery from psychosis or managing residual symptoms who are seeking psychological support alongside medical or psychiatric care.
My therapeutic approach is structured yet flexible and guided by your individual goals and values. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). This allows therapy to be tailored to your individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. My aim is to balance practical strategies with deeper therapeutic understanding.
I place strong importance on the therapeutic relationship and aim to create a space where people feel safe, understood, and supported. I am known for my calm, down-to-earth style and value warmth, authenticity, and genuine human connection in sessions. Where appropriate, I also believe humour can be an important and helpful part of the therapeutic process.
I currently have immediate availability for new clients. I offer full 60-minute sessions, so therapy never feels rushed and there is adequate time to explore what matters most to you.
Finding the right psychologist is important. If you feel my approach may be a good fit, I welcome you to get in touch.
